Time Management is a battle that everyone faces.  The challenge is how to get everything done when you have the same amount of time, 24 hours per day.  There are many tips and tricks to work on time management. The average person uses 13 different methods to control and manage their time.

Here is an article that shares one CEO’s ideas and approach. 

I’m a student of how to save time. Sometimes it works and sometimes it’s chaos but I keep pursuing how to be efficient with my time.

To become self-aware of your time management habits, spend ten minutes reflecting on your past two weeks to discern how you allocate your time.  

Are you in meetings?  

Are you doing emails at all times of the day?  

Are you clear on your goals?  

Does your team come prepared for their meetings with you? 

Are you networking with the wrong people?  

Do you have space in your schedule to think? 

Do you reserve time for your physical health?

Having good time management habits means you can accomplish the goals that you’ve set for yourself and have lower stress.  If you’re working on how to accomplish more with the people around you, consider working with us as coaches or trainers to be more effective with your network.

Two fun facts about time:
     1. A person who works with a messy or cluttered desk spends, on average, 1½ hours per day (7½ hours per workweek) looking for things or being distracted by things.
     2. Employees work their hardest between 9 AM and 12 PM. After that, productivity tends to drop.
